AT HOME
Coaching can be done in conjunction with the child’s parent or guardian, with the child as an independent entity, or in a family setting.
We provide a bespoke service in a safe environment catering to the specific needs of the coachee/s.
Interventions are started after a chemistry meeting with the parent which we feel is important for setting boundaries around the process. The chemistry meeting is designed to gather information and discuss expectations. Our main focus is to listen to gain insite into the child/parents needs to determine how to support the coachee. We explore the clients expectations of the coaching process to determine the best way forward which helps the client/coachee identify what coaching is and isn’t. The coach then sets a plan that covers 6 sessions and concludes with a reflection meeting and a plan for the way forward.
A needs assessment is completed during the coachee’s initial session as well as the final session. Progress is measured through various coaching tools during the process and is reflected back to both the client and coachee.
